Bob Charles is a senior executive in the biotech distribution industry, with specialized expertise in a payor-centric pharmacy model. In various roles with Fortune 500 companies, Bob has helped grow and scale pharmacies for an attractive exit.

Prior to supporting Covalence Health's investor, pharmcy, and life sciences clients, Bob founded MedTek, a technology platform that connects physicians, payors, pharmacies, and other providers to complete functional tasks common to all stakeholders, like benefit validation, quantifying co-pays/deductibles, and prior-authorizations, on both the Pharmacy and Medical benefit. This multi patented-technology has application for improving the capabilities of pharma intake hubs, for optimizing a hospital's 340B program, and conducting delegated PAs for payers, all using scalable technologies for improved speed and accuracy.

Bob holds an MBA from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medical Sciences from Florida State University.
