Dr. Mike Cantor is an experienced physician executive and consultant with success in leading Geriatrics, Government programs (Medicare, Duals, Exchange) and commercial medical management operations, product strategy/design, business development, and thought leadership. Mike has held leadership positions at Bright Health, United Health Group, CareCentrix, and Tufts/New England Quality Care Alliance.

Mike supports CHC client engagements in the area of clinical delivery models, innovation, transformation, and improving outcomes.

Mike trained in internal medicine and geriatrics at Beth Israel/Harvard Medical School and has degrees in law and medicine from the University of Illinois.
