Elina has a proven record of translating strategic goals into operational success through analysis of budget, key resources, timing and creating detailed and executable program / project plans. Managing project / programs from kick off till closure, with proven record project / program on time and within budget.

Elina earned her B.Sc in Economics & Biology and M Sc. in Medical Science from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
