With 26 years of professional experience, including 21 in healthcare, Mike brings a depth of perspective that's increasingly rare in a field that never stops changing.

As President and Managing Director of Covalence Health, Mike leads a consultancy built on a simple but uncommon premise: that the best healthcare strategy is only as good as its execution. He and his team work across the full ecosystem — investors, payers, providers, health tech companies, and government programs — bringing a practitioner's lens to problems that too often get solved on whiteboards and left there.

His expertise runs deep across Medicare and Medicaid, managed care, value-based programs and alternative payment models, post-acute care, medical economics, and healthcare technology. He's equally at home analyzing market dynamics and rolling up his sleeves to drive go-to-market strategy, M&A support, or performance turnarounds.

Before founding Covalence Health, Mike built his career across market-leading organizations in the healthcare and wellness space, developing a track record of opening new commercial markets and delivering sustainable growth.

Mike holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler and dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
